What happens after I buy?
You buy on Gumroad and receive an email with a private form link and a personal code. Answer a few short questions in your own time, no name needed. Your session is created and checked, then arrives by email as an audio file, usually within 48 hours. It plays on any phone or laptop, no app needed.
How can an audio be personal?
Your answers shape the session: what you want more of, what you want to put down, the words that matter to you. The script is written for you alone and recorded in a digital version of my voice. No two sessions are the same.
Who sees my answers, and what is kept?
Your answers are processed by AI to write your session, and a human check happens before it reaches you. Your form answers are deleted when your session is delivered. The audio and its text are kept for 30 days in case something went wrong, then deleted.
Is this therapy or medical help?
No. Deep Focus is personal development and relaxation, not medical or therapeutic treatment, and it does not replace either. Please do not listen while driving or operating machinery. If you are struggling, talk to your GP. In the Netherlands you can call 113 (0800-0113, free) if you have thoughts of ending your life, and 112 in an emergency. Elsewhere, contact your local emergency services.
Why is the Gumroad price different at checkout?
The price on Gumroad is shown excluding local VAT. VAT is added at checkout depending on your country, and you see the total before you pay. It is a one-time payment, no subscription.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. You can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase. Email me and I will take care of it. If your session does not arrive, or something went wrong, let me know as well and we will sort it out.
